Prices are in US dollars. Every plan, Free included, has unlimited team members, and no plan is priced per seat.

Every plan has unlimited surveys and responses, under fair use, and shows every response it collects. Plans differ in AI credits, AI models, daily AI chat edits, branding and support.

## Everything below is on the Free plan.

- **Branching, piping and quotas:** Send people down different paths based on earlier answers, carry an answer into a later question, and close a group once it has enough people.
- **Link, embed, popup or QR code:** Send a link, put the survey on your site inline or as a popup, or print a QR code.
- **API, webhooks and MCP:** A REST API, webhooks, and an MCP server that lets Claude or ChatGPT build surveys and read the results.
- **40+ question types:** Usability tests with screen sharing, concept tests, MaxDiff, conjoint and card sorting, next to multiple choice, rating and the other standard types.
- **AI interviews by text or voice:** The AI asks follow-up questions about each answer. Text follow-ups on the standard models use no credits; voice interviews use your monthly AI credits.
- **Test with AI:** AI respondents take your survey before real people do, so you can read their answers and fix a question before launch. Runs use AI credits.
- **130+ languages, voice in 25:** Run one study in many languages at once. Respondents pick theirs and the AI follows up in it.
- **Reports and exports:** Export responses to Excel or CSV, and AI reports to PDF, Word or PowerPoint. AI analysis uses credits; Free has enough for a small study.

## AI credits

- A real respondent's text interview follow-ups on the standard models are included on every plan and use no credits.
- AI credits pay for voice interviews, AI interviews on premium models, Test with AI runs and AI analysis.
- Drafting and editing a survey with AI does not use credits. The AI chat editor has a daily edit limit instead (above, per plan).
- Text AI usage is charged by model and token count. Voice interviews are charged per minute by model, with a 30-second minimum.
- 1,000 credits equal $1.00 of AI usage. The app shows balances as a number of credits.
- Responses are unlimited and do not use AI credits.
- The monthly credit allowance resets to the plan amount every month. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
- More credits can be bought at any time on the Billing page in the app. Bought credits do not expire. Monthly credits are used first.

- Paid participant recruitment is available through QuestionPunk Panel.

## Billing

- Upgrades take effect immediately.
- Cancel or downgrade from Settings > Billing in the app.

- Pro: sign up, then choose Pro under Settings > Billing.
