# Slack integration

Get real-time survey notifications in your Slack workspace.

## Steps

### 1. Go to Settings > Integrations

Navigate to **Settings > Integrations** and find the **Slack** card.

### 2. Enter your Slack webhook URL

Create an incoming webhook in your Slack workspace (via Slack App settings) and paste the URL into QuestionPunk.

### 3. Select events

Choose which events trigger Slack notifications: **Response completed**, **Response started**, **Survey published**, **Survey unpublished**, or **Response limit reached**.

### 4. Test and save

Send a test notification to verify the connection, then save. You can edit events or disconnect at any time.

## Details

The Slack integration sends real-time notifications to a Slack channel when survey events occur, keeping your team informed without leaving Slack.

Five event types are supported: response completed, response started, survey published, survey unpublished, and response limit reached.

You can test the integration before saving to confirm messages are delivered to the correct channel.

To disconnect, click Disconnect on the Slack card in Settings > Integrations.
