Cross-tabulation lets you compare how respondents answered one question based on their answers to another. Useful for finding demographic differences, segment patterns, and correlations.

Steps

  1. Open the Report tab
    Navigate to the Report tab and find the cross-tabulation section.
  2. Select row and column questions
    Choose which question to use as rows and which as columns. For example, cross-tabulate "satisfaction rating" by "department" to see if satisfaction varies by team.
  3. Read the cross-tab table
    The table shows counts and percentages for each combination. Use the highlight threshold to automatically flag cells with notable differences.
