Steps

  1. Go to the Report tab
    Open your survey and navigate to the Report tab. AI analysis is available for questions with collected responses.
  2. Generate AI analysis
    Click the AI Analysis button on any question card in the report. The AI processes all responses and generates insights.
  3. Review themes and sentiment
    The analysis panel shows: identified themes with response counts, sentiment breakdown (positive/neutral/negative bar), and a written summary of key findings.
  4. View history
    AI analyses are saved with timestamps. You can regenerate analysis as new responses come in and compare with previous runs.

AI insights turn raw survey data into actionable findings. For each question, the AI identifies common themes, measures overall sentiment, and writes a summary.

Sentiment analysis shows a visual bar with positive, neutral, and negative percentages, making it easy to gauge overall respondent mood.

Theme extraction groups similar responses together and tells you how many respondents mentioned each theme. This is especially powerful for open-ended and AI interview questions.

Insights can be regenerated as new responses arrive. Each analysis run is saved in a history, so you can track how sentiment and themes evolve over time.
