Exporting results
Export survey data as CSV, Excel, PDF, Word, or PowerPoint.
Export your survey responses in multiple formats: CSV (flat or wide layout) and Excel (XLSX) for response data; PDF and Word for the survey structure; and PowerPoint (PPTX) for a presentation-ready report with charts, themes, and AI summaries. Filter by response type and suspicious level before exporting.
Steps
- Open the Results tabGo to Survey > Results. You'll see all collected responses listed on the left, the selected response conversation in the center, and response details (language, date, fraud status, events, geolocation) on the right.

- Choose export formatClick the export button and choose your format: CSV (flat or wide layout), Excel (XLSX), the survey structure as PDF/Word, or a PowerPoint presentation with charts, themes, and AI summaries. For response data exports, you can also choose an answer format: Labels (text labels), Numeric (numeric codes), or Both (labels and codes side by side).
- Filter before exportUse filters to export only the data you need: filter by suspicious level (low/medium/high), response type (real vs. synthetic), language, or date range. You can also toggle whether to include fraud scores in the export.
- Include respondent codesToggle the Include codes option before exporting to add respondent code columns to your CSV or XLSX file. Each code appears as a column so you can filter and analyze by your custom tags.
CSV export offers two layouts: Flat (one row per question/answer, useful for detailed joins and per-question analysis) and Wide (one row per respondent, useful for spreadsheet tools). Choose an answer format (labels, numeric, or both) to control how responses appear in the export.
Excel (XLSX) export provides formatted spreadsheets ready for analysis.
PDF and Word exports capture the survey structure and design, useful for documentation and stakeholder review.
PowerPoint (PPTX) export produces a presentation-ready deck with per-question charts, AI-generated themes, and summary slides — ideal for sharing findings with stakeholders.
The Report tab also supports exporting the full AI analysis as PDF, Word, or Excel from the analysis view, including charts, themes, and AI-generated summaries.
Suspicious level is included in exports so you can filter at the analysis stage.
Respondent codes can be included in CSV and XLSX exports by toggling the codes option. This adds columns for each code, making it easy to segment and filter responses by your custom tags in external analysis tools.
