Before you launch
Use a sandbox account with no live billing. Define the cancellation scenario and stop before any real cancellation.

Researcher success criteria
Participant reaches the review state and understands the next action without cancelling.
After each task, ask what was difficult and what the participant expected to happen. The study also includes a task-ease rating.
