QR codes for surveys

Generate and download QR codes for easy survey distribution.

Every published survey link has a QR code that you can download and use in print materials, slides, posters, or physical locations.

Steps

  1. Go to the Share tab
    Open your survey and click the Share tab.
  2. Find the QR code
    In the Share link panel, the QR Code for your survey link is already shown. Publish the survey first so the link works.
  3. Download
    Click Download QR to save a PNG, or Copy QR to paste it elsewhere. Use it in presentations, printed materials, posters, or anywhere respondents can scan it with their phone.

QR codes make it easy to bridge physical and digital survey distribution. Print the code on flyers, add it to slides, or display it at events.

Scanning the QR code opens the survey directly in the respondent's phone browser.
