Reward respondents with gift cards for completing your survey.

Set up respondent incentives to automatically issue gift card rewards when respondents complete your survey. Configure reward amounts, set a total budget, and optionally require identity verification before payouts.

Steps

  1. Open the Share tab
    Navigate to the Share tab in the survey editor and select the Incentives section.
  2. Set reward and budget
    Enter the reward amount per respondent (minimum $0.50) and the total budget (minimum $5.00). The system calculates how many reward slots are available based on your budget.
  3. Enable the incentive
    Activate the incentive configuration. Once enabled, respondents who complete the survey will be eligible for a gift card reward.
  4. Add identity verification (optional)
    For fraud prevention, add a LinkedIn Verification question to require respondents to verify their identity before receiving a reward. Other verification types (Google, Email, Phone) are also available.
  5. Monitor payouts
    Track reserved, paid, and available reward slots from the incentive dashboard. You can pause or delete the incentive configuration at any time.

You can pause incentives by toggling the active state, or delete the configuration entirely. Adjust reward amounts and budget before launching to match your research budget.
