Steps

  1. Check survey status
    Ensure the survey is Published (not Draft or Archived). Only published surveys accept responses.
  2. Verify the share link
    Test the share link yourself in an incognito window. Check that it loads the survey correctly.
  3. Check embed settings
    If embedded, verify the iframe/script code is correctly placed on your site and the domain is allowed.
  4. Review panel provider
    For Prolific, verify that quotas are open and the study is active. Check for any provider-side pauses or issues.

The most common delivery issue is the survey being in Draft status. Always check that it's Published before sharing.

If using embeds, ensure the embed code is placed correctly and your site doesn't block iframes. Test in multiple browsers.
