Steps
- Check your email for the magic linkIf you chose email sign-in, check your inbox (and spam folder) for the magic link from jake@questionpunk.com. The link expires in 20 minutes.

- Try a different sign-in methodQuestionPunk supports Google, Apple, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and email sign-in. If one method fails, try another using the same email address.
- Reset passwordIf you have a password set up, use the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in page to reset it.
- Check browser settingsEnsure cookies and JavaScript are enabled. Try an incognito/private window to rule out browser extensions.
- Contact supportIf issues persist, contact support with the email address you used to register and a screenshot of any error messages.
Most sign-in issues are caused by expired magic links, emails landing in spam, or browser cookie settings. Check your spam folder first.
If you signed up with Google, use the "Sign in with Google" button rather than the email/password form.
Clearing site data or trying an incognito window resolves most cookie-related issues.
