What you see. Each person counts as one meal, on the most popular dish they picked, so everyone gets something they chose and the order adds up to the people who voted. Copy order puts it on your clipboard as plain text, ready to paste into the caterer’s form or an email.

Paste the menu link, or upload a PDF or a photo of a printed menu. You tick the dishes for the ballot, fix any name or price, and set when voting closes. Dietary labels come only from what the menu prints, and you can edit them.

Order a catered lunch everyone will eat

Pick the restaurant or caterer, then paste its menu link or upload a PDF or a photo of the menu. Tick the dishes for the ballot (the first 10 mains start ticked) and fix any name or price. To vote on the cuisine first, keep the template’s starting options, such as Pizza, Thai or Sushi and poke.

Set when voting closes, a few hours before the caterer’s order deadline, and share the link in your team chat. Coworkers tick every dish they’d eat and add their dietary needs and allergies.

Once voting closes, open Results. The Lunch order card adds up how many of each dish to order and lists dietary needs and notes by name. Copy order and paste it into the caterer’s order form or email.

Frequently asked questions

How are the dish quantities worked out?

Each person counts as one meal. Someone who picks one dish counts as one of that dish; someone who picks several counts on whichever of them got the most votes, so everyone gets a dish they picked and the order sticks to the favorites. The totals add up to the number of people who voted. For a dish that says how many it serves, the card shows how many orders to place.
