Manage subscription

How to view and change your subscription settings.

Subscription management includes viewing your current plan, updating payment methods, changing billing cycles, and understanding what each plan includes. QuestionPunk offers Basic (free), Business, and Enterprise plans.

Steps

  1. Open Settings
    Click your profile icon, then go to Settings > Billing.
  2. View current plan
    See your active plan, response usage, and renewal date.
  3. Change plan
    Select a new plan and confirm billing changes. Upgrades take effect immediately.
  4. Manage payment methods
    Add or remove credit cards and set a primary payment method. Payments are processed securely.

Basic (Free): 20 responses per month. Perfect for testing and small projects.

Business ($50/month or $500/year): 5,000 responses per month, priority support.

Enterprise (Custom): Unlimited responses, remove branding, custom domain, dedicated support.

If you need to downgrade or cancel, follow the prompts in Billing or contact support.
