Manage subscription

How to view and change your subscription settings.

Subscription management includes viewing your current plan, managing AI credits, updating your payment card, and understanding what each plan includes. QuestionPunk offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans.

Steps

  1. Open Settings
    Click your profile icon, then go to Settings > Subscription & Billing.
  2. View current plan
    See your active plan, response usage, and when your monthly allowance refreshes.
  3. Change plan
    Select a new plan and confirm billing changes. Upgrades take effect immediately.
  4. Manage your card
    Add, replace, or remove the card on file. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Free: 20 visible responses a month across your account, 3,000 AI credits ($3.00), and 20 daily AI chat edits. Unlimited surveys. Good for testing and small projects.

Pro ($50/month or $500/year, with a 7-day trial that requires a card): 5,000 visible responses a month, 25,000 AI credits ($25.00), 100 daily AI chat edits, branding removal, and priority support.

Enterprise (Custom): Unlimited surveys, unlimited responses, custom AI credits, priority support, branding removal, and dedicated support.

AI credits are shown as a number of credits, and 1,000 credits equal $1 of AI usage. They are used for AI interviews, audio interviews, synthetic testing, and AI-powered analysis. Drafting and editing surveys with AI doesn’t use credits. Daily AI chat edits limit how many times the AI chat editor can refine questions per day. You can purchase additional credits from the Subscription & Billing page at any time.

To cancel Pro, choose the Free plan. Cancellation takes effect immediately and the rest of the paid period isn't refunded. To switch between monthly and yearly billing, contact support.
