Manage subscription

How to view and change your subscription settings.

Subscription management includes viewing your current plan, managing AI credits, updating payment methods, changing billing cycles, and understanding what each plan includes. QuestionPunk offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans.

Steps

  1. Open Settings
    Click your profile icon, then go to Settings > Billing.
  2. View current plan
    See your active plan, response usage, and renewal date.
  3. Change plan
    Select a new plan and confirm billing changes. Upgrades take effect immediately.
  4. Manage payment methods
    Add or remove credit cards and set a primary payment method. Payments are processed securely.

Basic (Free): 20 responses per month, $3.00 in AI credits, and 20 daily AI chat edits. Unlimited surveys. Perfect for testing and small projects.

Business ($50/month or $500/year): 5,000 responses per month, $25.00 in AI credits, 100 daily AI chat edits, and priority support.

Enterprise (Custom): Unlimited surveys, unlimited responses, custom AI credits, priority support, branding removal, dedicated Slack channel, and custom domain.

AI credits are displayed as dollar amounts (e.g. $3.00, $25.00) and are used for AI interviews, audio interviews, survey generation, synthetic testing, and AI-powered analysis. Daily AI chat edits limit how many times the AI chat editor can refine questions per day. You can purchase additional credits from the Billing page at any time.
