Steps

Understand data storage
Survey responses are stored as long as you use QuestionPunk. Data is associated with your surveys and accessible from the Results tab, except responses past your plan's monthly visible-response limit, which stay stored but hidden until you upgrade or the next monthly reset.
Export for archival
Use the export features (Excel or CSV for responses) to create local copies of your data for long-term archival or compliance requirements.
Contact support for special needs
You can delete individual responses or your whole account yourself. For custom data retention requirements or compliance questions, contact support.
