Before you start

Prepare your survey draft as pasted text, a supported file, or a survey link. Have an email address ready so you can receive the report.

Steps

  1. Open the survey review tool

Go to questionpunk.com/survey-review. You can also open it from the app.
  2. Submit your survey draft

Paste your survey questions, upload a draft (.pdf, .docx, .txt, .qsf, or .json), or import it from a survey link. The AI reviews the survey structure, question quality, and flow.
  3. Check the grade and feedback

Review the overall grade and the grade for each of four dimensions: structural flow and overall design, logical ordering and page flow, question quality and wording (bias, clarity, double-barreling), and survey-level considerations such as fatigue. The report also lists flagged issues and suggests a revised survey.
  4. Use the suggestions

Apply the feedback before publishing your survey. Start with the changes that will improve the survey the most.

The survey review tool gives AI feedback on your survey design. It grades surveys on four dimensions: structural flow and overall design, logical ordering, question quality and wording, and survey-level considerations.

It flags common issues such as double-barreled questions, leading wording, missing options, and problems in the survey flow.

You can use the tool without an account. Enter your email address to receive the PDF report. This is useful for students, freelancers, or anyone who wants a quick quality check on a survey draft.

Check the result

You should receive a report with an overall grade, four dimension grades, flagged issues, and a suggested revised survey.

If something goes wrong

If the review does not start, check that you pasted the survey questions clearly or used one of the supported formats: .pdf, .docx, .txt, .qsf, or .json.
