Steps

Open the Results tab
Go to Results > Breakdown, click Download, then PowerPoint.
Configure the presentation
Set the title and choose the output: all charts, an AI-generated deck, or both (each downloads as its own file). Choose which AI context to include (AI summary, report summary, question summaries), pick a theme, and add a custom prompt if you like. Decision slides need Pro. To build a deck from a spreadsheet instead of your survey, switch to Import CSV.
Generate and download
Click generate and wait for the presentation to be built. Download the PPTX file when complete.
